Rebecca Regan
President, Boston Community Loan Fund

Rebecca Regan is the President of Boston Community Loan Fund and Acting Chief Financial Officer for Boston Community Capital. She joined Boston Community Capital in 2005. As President of the Loan Fund, she oversees all lending programs, managing a portfolio of loan serving low-income people and communities across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
She is a member of the BCC senior management team, and works to expand BCC’s lending across the state. Prior to joining Boston Community Capital, Becky was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America. She has more than 15 years of banking experience, mostly at Bank Boston and Fleet, where she worked in the First Community Bank and the Community Banking Group. Becky is an elected member of the Planning Board in Wayland and has served on the boards of New Ecology and the Mother Caroline Academy in Roxbury.
