Manager for Product Planning at Toyota Motor Sales

Mr. Scott is Manager for Product Planning at Toyota Motor Sales.  Within his role in the Advanced Technology Group, Mr. Scott is responsible for product planning and program development for alternative fuel vehicles including the Toyota Fuel Cell Hybrid Vehicle (FCHV) and Scion iQ EV, Toyota’s newest city car electric vehicle.  Additionally, Mr. Scott studies energy markets and sustainable development and in this capacity helps create future mobility strategies.  Prior to Toyota, Mr. Scott was an assistant portfolio manager with Pacific Investment Management Company in Newport Beach, CA.

 

Mr. Scott has a BA in Finance and Japanese Studies and a MBA from the University of Southern California.  He lives in Los Angeles, California, near Toyota’s North American headquarters.
