Lisa Brady

Senior Director, Sustainability, Global Product Operations EMC

Lisa Brady leads the Sustainability organization for EMC’s Global Product Operations (GPO), where she develops and drives strategies to sustain people, the planet, and EMC’s profits. She oversees EMC’s social and environmental responsibility programs for global supply chain, manufacturing and logistics. Her responsibilities also include governance and programs on eWaste, environmental product regulatory compliance, and supplier business continuity. Lisa has been at EMC since 2001, where she has worked in the Internal Consulting, Information Technology, and Global Supply Chain organizations.
Prior to joining EMC, Lisa spent 6 years in the healthcare industry. She directed a psychiatric research unit at Massachusetts General Hospital. Before her time at MGH, she created and directed a research organization at the Washington University School of Medicine. During her tenure there, she was an outside consultant to the World Health Organization.
Lisa has a BA in Psychology with Honors from Washington University in St. Louis. She holds a Master of Business Administration, with honors, and Master in Social Work from Boston College. She is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified from EMC. She lives with her husband and daughters in Franklin, MA.
