William Osborn is the Managing Director of the Massachusetts Green Energy Fund. He also currently manages Commons Capital, LP, a venture fund focusing on energy, healthcare, and environment investments. Mr. Osborn has served as a special partner with Arete Corporation, which manages $135 million in utility industry investments. Prior to that, he was a principal at Venture Investment Management Company, LLC (VIMAC), which invests in early stage IT and healthcare companies.
Kevin Skillern
Senior Vice President, GE Energy Financial Services
Kevin Skillern is a Senior Vice President at GE Energy Financial Services and leads the investment team focused on venture-stage equity for technology and service companies in the energy and water industries. This includes opportunities across the energy value chain, including renewables, power infrastructure and oil & gas technologies. Recent venture investments by GE Energy Financial Services include A123, Ocean Power Delivery and Current Communications.
Dhiraj Malkan

Mr. Malkani joined RockPort in July 2006. He is actively engaged in all aspects of RockPort’s diligence process including research, financial and technical analysis, intellectual property evaluation, and structuring. Mr. Malkani is also a member of the Screening Committee.
